STUDY 1: RADIODIAGNOSIS

Given below are two CT sections from CECT study of a 36 year old lady.

1. What are the imaging findings and from where is this lesion arising?



This patient was being investigated for hypertension.

2. Now what is the diagnosis?

3. What are some of the other differential diagnoses for lesions arising from this structure?

4. What are some of the other sites from which these lesions can arise?

5. Which radiotracer is used for identifying these functioning tumours when other imaging modalities fail to demonstrate them ?
