Biopsy Findings
Histopathology was reported as adrenocortical carcinoma with capsular invasion.
Post OP Period
- Uneventful.
- Patient discharged on 2 antihypertensives(T.Enalapril 2.5 mg bid+T.Atenolol 25 mg od and oral prednisolone)
- Electrolytes became normal.
- In view of Capsular invasion advised RT followed by Mitotane therapy.
Bone scan and CXR - no metastasis
